The management of the University of Lagos (UNILAG) has finally released the supplementary admission list for the academic session.

Candidates that applied for UNILAG supplementary form can now check their admission status.

How to Check the UNILAG Supplementary Admission List.

Just like the merit admission list, the supplementary admission list too is accessible on JAMB Portal. Follow the procedure below:

THROUGH JAMB PORTAL

As at now, you can only access your UNILAG admission status from JAMB admission status checking portal, follow the procedure outlined below:

1. Go jamb.org.ng/efacility.
2. Login to your Jamb profile with your username and password.
3. Scroll down then locate and click the ‘Check Admission Status‘ tab.
4. Select your Exam year and Enter your registration number in the required columns.
5. Finally, click on ‘Check Admission Status‘ to access your UNILAG admission status.

Successfully admitted candidates are advised to go to JAMB CAPS portal to ACCEPT or REJECT the offer —  How to Reject/Accept Your Admission on JAMB CAPS.

Not Yet admitted? Note that the Admission List will be published in batches as they are processed. Candidates are therefore advised to keep on checking online.

Candidates who did not upload their result as at the time of their JAMB application (Awaiting Result) should do so immediately by visiting any Computer Based Test (CBT) Centre nearest to them to upload their O’Level results on JAMB website.

UNILAG Screening Procedure for Newly Admitted Candidates.

Stage 1: Uploading of Documents

Login to the Unilag Students Portal (www.unilag.edu.ng → students → student login) and fill the biodata form, print the Screening Form. Students are expected to upload the under listed documents while filling the Biodata form:

• Birth Certificate
• Letter of Reference
• Testimonial from Secondary Schools attended
• Certificate of State of Origin
• JAMB Admission Letter
• Previous Degree Certificate (DE Students)

Stage 2: Screening

(A) Proceed to the Faculty for registration as scheduled

(B) Submit four copies of the under-listed documents to the Registration Officer:

1. Screening Form generated from stage 1 (Coloured and photocopy)
2. UTME Result Slip (Coloured and photocopy)
3. UNILAG Post-UTME Result Slip (Coloured and photocopy) JUPEB/A-LEVEL/OND/HND/BSc. RESULT SLIP for DIRECT Entry candidates
4. O’Level Result Certificate (WAEC/NECO) OR an online version of the result
5. Letter of Reference from a reputable Clergyman/Imam/Lawyer/ Senior Civil Servant addressed to The Registrar, the University of Lagos (original and photocopy)
6. Birth Certificate/Sworn Declaration of Age
7. Testimonial from Secondary School attended
8. State of Origin Certificate
9. JAMB Admission Letter (Institution Copy – Coloured and photocopy)
10. UNILAG Online application form (FOR DIRECT ENTRY ONLY)
11. Passport Photographs (12 Copies)

Stage 3: Payment of Fees

1. Generate pay advice
2. Proceed to any bank to make payment

Stage 4: Faculty/Departmental Registration

Proceed to the Faculty & Departments for further registration processes

IMPORTANT NOTICE

• Impersonation is a serious offense and anybody found guilty of this will automatically forfeit his/her admission and may be handed over to Security Operatives.
• DRUG USE: The University has zero-tolerance for drug use; hence a compulsory test shall be conducted for all newly admitted students before or after registration. The admission of newly admitted students that test POSITIVE TO DRUG USE shall be withdrawn.
