STEP ONE:

Download the NECO BECE Offline app by visiting www.neco.gov.ng/downloads and clicking the download link under BECE.

STEP TWO

Install the app on your computer.

STEP THREE

Start the application and log in with your valid admin USERNAME and PASSWORD.

Enter the candidates subjects with the CONTINOUS ASSESSMENT one (1) and two (2) scores.

Login and make payments online. Visit bece.neco.gov.ng and login using the administrator USERNAME and PASSWORD to make payment for the number of validated candidates.

STEP NINE

Upload your validated candidates registration from the offline app, after this step, registration numbers will be generated for the registered candidates.

STEP TEN

Print out the candidate’s photocard and viola you’re good to go.
