Edwin Clark University is a privately-owned university located in Kiagbodo, Delta State, Nigeria. It was approved by the Federal Executive Council of Nigeria in 2015. Chief Edwin K. Clark is the founder of Edwin Clark University. The institution was established in May 2015.
About Sir Edwin Clark
Edwin Clark (born 25 May 1927) is a Nigerian nationalist, Ijaw leader and politician from Delta State who worked with the administrations of Military Governor Samuel Ogbemudia and Head of State, General Yakubu Gowon between 1966 and 1975. In 1966, he was a member of an advisory committee to the Military Governor of the Mid-Western State, David Ejoor and was appointed Federal Commissioner of Information in 1975.
Clark was an unofficial advisor to President Goodluck Jonathan. He is a philanthropist who founded the Edwin Clark Foundation and established a university in his hometown
Clark was born in Kiagbodo, in Ijaw area of Delta State, he attended primary and secondary schools at Effurun, Okrika and Afugbene before completing further studies at the Government Teacher Training College, Abraka. Thereafter, Clark worked briefly as a school teacher before traveling abroad to earn a law degree.
Authorities of the Edwin Clark University have released the amount payable as school fees by the undergraduates and JUPEB students of the institution for the academic session.

The fees are as follows;
- Law – N695,000 Per Session
- Agricultural Sciences – N250,000 Per Session
- All Other Degree Programmes – N395,000 Per Session
- A’ Level (JUPEB): N350,000 Per Session.
Please Note:
- Fees include accommodation.
- A one-time acceptance fee of N25,000 is charged on admission.
Edwin Clark University Student Fees are due in two equal installments by the beginning of the First Semester and the beginning of the Second Semester. Parents/Sponsors can pay any amount as many times as their cash flow permits, such that by the due date which is the beginning of each semester, Parents/Sponsors would have paid a total amount equal to 50% of the total fees as applicable to the Student Program of Study.
However, Parents/Sponsors who are able to pay up the total fees at once are welcome to do so.
