Admission Requirements

Programme	Admission Requirements
Community Health Extension Worker (CHEW) Diploma	Holders of WAEC/SSCE/NECO or GCE O Level with at Least Five Credits (5) at not more than two sittingss and must include English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Physics and Chemistry .
Pharmacy Health Technician (PHT)	A Candidate should have at least Five Credits (5) which must include English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and Physics in any of GCE, WASC, SSSC, WAEC, NECO or NABTEB at not morethan two (2) sittingss.
Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) Diploma	Minimum of Five Credits (5) passes at Senior Secondary School Certificate level SSCE/GCE/NABTEB /WAEC/ NECO O Levels in the following subject: English Language, Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics and Biology at not more than two sittingss. NOTE: Result of more than Ten (10) years (stale results) is not acceptable for admission.
ND/HND Environmental Health Technologist (EHT)	Minimum of Five Credits (5) from WAEC/NECO at not morthan two sittings. The subject must include English Language, Mathematics, Biology/Health Sciences,Chemistry and any one of the following: Physics, Geography, Economics,Nutrition and Technical Drawing.
Environmental Health Technician (EVT) Diploma	Minimum of Four Credits (4) from WAEC,NECO or NABTEB at not morthan two sittings. The subject must include English Language, Mathematics, Biology/Health Sciences and any one of the following: Physics, Geography, Chemistry, and Agricultural Science. Holders of Environmental Health Assistant (EHA) with two years post qualification experience and above requirement can be admitted in to RE-EVT programme.
Health Information Management (HIM) Diploma	A minimum of Five Credit (5) passes in relevant subjects from SSCE: WAEC, NECO or its Equivalent (NABTEB and NBAIS) at not more than two (2) sittingss. The subjects must include Mathematics, English Language Biology/Health Science, Physics or Chemistry and any other subject.
Dental Health Technician (DHT) Diploma	Five Credits (5) at not more than two sittingss from WAEC,NECO or NABTEB and must include English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Physics and Chemistry at not morethan two (2) sittings. NB: Credit in English language is compulsory
Environmental Health Assistant (EHA) Certificate	Every candidate prior to commencing the training as Environmental Health Assistant, must produce evidence of possessing the following qualification: Four (4) passes, two at credit level which must include English Language, one science subject (Biology, Chemistry, Health Science or Integrated Science) and any other two subjects in GCE, SSCE, NECO, NABTEB at not more than 2 sittings.
Environmental Health Technician Re-training (REVT)	Holders of EHA Certificate, DSA, JCHEW and above requirement with 2 year post qualification experience can be admitted into 200 level EVT Diploma,
ND/HND Environmental Health Technologist	Minimum of Five Credits (5) from WAEC/NECO at not morthan two sittings. The subject must include English Language, Mathematics, Biology/Health Sciences,Chemistry and any one of the following: Physics, Geography, Economics,Nutrition and Technical Drawing
Junior Community Health Extension Worker (JCHEW) Certificate	A candidate should possess Three Credit (3) WAEC or NECO in English Language Mathematics, Biology and any two passes from other subjects.
Community Health Extension Worker Re-training (RCHEW) Diploma	HOLDERS of JCHEW certificate with two year post qualification experience and CHEW requirement will be admitted directly to 200 level
ND Dental Therapy (DT)	A minimum of Five Credit passes in WAEC or NECO which must include English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and Physics at not more than two sitting.
Diploma Health Promotion and Education (DHPE)	Candidate must posses four (4) credit in WAEC, NECO or NABTEB, to include English Language, Mathematics, Biology/Health Sciences and any one of the following Subject: Geography, Physics, Chemistry and Agricultural Science in not more than two (2) sittings.
Diploma in Health And Social Rehabilitation (DHSR)	A candidate must have at least four (4) credits which must include English Language, Mathematics, Biology/Health Sciences and one Basic Science/Social Sciences from WAEC or NECO at not more than two (2) sittings.

Method of Application

All applicants MUST have ‘O’ Level requirement for the Programme/Course applying at not more than two (2) sittings. Check Admission requirement from www.coheskat.edu.ng
ALL programmes are Full Time. Applicants working in any organization must provide a release letter.

Open your browser
Type coheskat.edu.ng on the Address Bar and press Enter.
At the top header, click on “Apply Online”.
The website will redirect you to the Application Portal application.coheskat.edu.ng

Online application Guidelines

Click on “Start Application” to create an account.
A dialogue box will appear.
Enter your Full Name, Valid email, Phone Number, Password and confirm password
Click on “Register”.
Your account will be created successfully.

APPLICATION FEE PAYMENT

After account creation, Click on Print invoice.
And Click on the Payment Mode you want (“PAY NOW WITH ATM CARD” or “Print Payment Slip and Pay in Designated Bank Branch”)
If you choose “PAY NOW WITH ATM CARD”, you will be directed to Remita page, supply the necessary details and make your payment.
After successful payment using ATM CARD you will be redirected to Continue Application page.
If you choose “Print Payment Slip and Pay in Designated Bank Branch”, print the payment transaction and take it to any bank nationwide.
Using Bank Branch you will be requested to enter email and password to continue application on the application portal.

FILLING OF THE APPLICATION FORM

Applicants are requested to follow all the steps provided to fill the online application forms.
Applicant(s) should make sure that all information provided are correct be for submitting application.
Any applicant that applies more than once will definitely be DISQUALIFIED.

Applicant must Print Acknowledgement Card and Present it at both examination venue and interview venue.
Any applicant that did not show or present Acknowledgement Card when requested would not be entertained.

The forms are obtainable via College website www.coheskat.edu.ng , after payment of Two Thousand Naira N2, 000.00 plus Remita processing Fee.

Mode of Payment

Interested applicants are to Generate Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR) from the College website and select mode of payment. After payment is successful, you would be redirected to the College portal to fill online application form.

To generate Remita RRR applicant should first log into College website and register. He/She are to provide a valid e-mail and password which will be use throughout the exercise.
