Click on continue
Enter the e-mail address and password you used while filling the Post UTME Form
Click on generate RRR
Pay to bank
Login back to portal and
Click on confirm RRR
Enter the RRR and click on confirm
Click on shop for courses
Enter a valid phone number and e-mail address
Select the course of choice
Click on save
Print out the supplementary form

Candidates must make sure that they score up to the average pass mark for the department of their choice and the availability of spaces before applying.
The sale of forms will be limited to the spaces available.
