The Authorities of the University of Portharcourt, UNIPORT has released the Procedures for Physical Clearance and Registration of Fresh Students for  Session

Physical clearance and registration of Fresh Students will take place in the Admissions Office and respective College/Faculty Offices

All newly admitted candidates for theacademic session whose names have been published on the University of Port Harcourt site (www.uniport.edu.ng) are by this notice informed that Physical Clearance registration will commence at the Admissions Office from Monday,

Consequently, the originals of the following documents are required for the registration exercise at the Admissions Office;

  • A) School charges receipt
  • B) 0′ Level Result Certificate/Online Result Printout
  • C)JAMB Result Slip
  • D)JAMB Admissions Letter slip
  • E) Clearance Eligibility Form

PROCEDURE

Candidates who had accepted the offer of admission and paid School Charges are to follow the Procedure below:

(1) proceed to the Admissions Office with the original and photocopies of their credentials, for physical clearance.

(2) proceed to their respective College/Faculty offices with evidence of physical clearance from the Admissions Office, the original and photocopies of their credentials for physical clearance, registration and submission of File.

Please NOTE:
Medical Examination and registration at the University Health Centre (O.B. Lulu-Briggs) will hold at a later date.

The Date and procedure for this will be communicated in due course.
