Feeling depressed with the subject matter will add more stress to students. If there is a sense of disability in understanding a formula then invite students to be more relaxed.
For them as comfortable as possible to be able to unite their thoughts with the lesson.
Try to relax by breathing and adjust the mod to be more normal. Give them free time to be able to normalize the conditions they feel. Make sure there is no pressure under any conditions.
If students study at home to understand the formulas in Physics lessons, then you can advise them to make the learning atmosphere more relaxed for example, learning while eating snacks, resting if you feel tired, exercising after learning, and managing enough time for sleep.
