These ingredients can trigger pleasure centres in our brain.
This then makes us feel really good and encouraging us to keep buying and eating.

- It affects students performance in school as well as other extra curricular activities.

- It can cause digestive problems.
- Eating junk foods can lead to fatigue and weakness,
- Junk Food is Calories thick and poor in supplement.
- It leads to addiction. Research has shown that consuming junk foods alters brain activity in a manner similar to addictive drugs such as cocaine and heroin.

- Consuming junks enhances took decay.
- It can lead to Gastro Intestinal Problems.
- It creates bad impacts on our body.
- Heart problems are developing nowadays even in young age children because of junk foods.
- Obesity is becoming one of the biggest problems in the world due to high consumption of junk food.

- It creates disorder in eating habits and timing.
- It causes a type of ulcer referred to as peptic ulcer especially fast foods/junks like pizza, chips etc.
- Remember when I said junk food referred to as something useless?. Yes of course you do. Junk foods leads to wastage of money.
Therefore, this leads me to my next point.
What Students Should Do
Probably you are expecting me to give you a long list of things you should do.
Let me shock you by telling you that I am not going to do that.
The points I just raised on the reasons why you avoid junk foods is not to scare you but to sensitize you on the health problems of consuming junk foods.
However, if you avoid as much as possible junk foods, you will prevent the above reasons why you should not consume them at all.

Likewise research shows that if you have a weakness for potato chips, opt for low sodium or salt free varieties.
In fact, the ratio of healthy food to junk food inĀ your diet should be 100000000000000000000:10 (LOL). The mathematics scholars reading this understand what I am saying.
What I mean is that you should avoid junks as much as possible.
Furthermore, junks cause brain dysfunctions.
