1.CERTIFICATE IN COMMUNITY HEALTH (JCHEW)
- Minimum of three (3) O’level credits at not more than two sittings in GCE/NECO SSCE/WAEC SSCE /NABTEB which must include English Language, Mathematics, Biology with two (2) Passes in any other relevant subjects. Physics and Chemistry is an added advantage.
2. DIPLOMA IN COMMUNITY HEALTH (CHEW)
- Minimum of five (5) O’Level credits at not more than two sittings in GCE/NECO SSCE/WAEC SSCE /NABTEB which must include English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Physics and Chemistry.
- Holders of JCHEW Certificate in addition to the stated Minimum O’Level Requirement can apply and join at 200level.
3.MEDICAL LABORATORY TECHNICIAN (MLT)
- Minimum of five (5) O’Level credits at not more than two sittings in GCE/NECO SSCE/WAEC SSCE /NABTEB which must include English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Physics and Chemistry.
- The result must not be more than ten (10) years old.
- Holders of Medical Laboratory Assistant (MLA) Certificate in addition to the stated Minimum O’Level Requirements can apply.
4. PHARMACY TECHNICIAN (PT)
- Five (5) O’Level credit at not more than two sittings in GCE/NECO SSCE / WAEC SSCE /NABTEB which must include English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.
5. PROFESSIONAL DIPLOMA IN HEALTH INFORMATION MANAGEMENT (HIM)/ (MEDICAL RECORD)
- Minimum of five (5) O’Level credits at not more than two sitting in GCE/NECO SSCE/WAEC SSCE/NABTEB which must include English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Physics Chemistry.
PART-TIME PROGRAM is available for workers/Civil Servants in health-related fields.
6. ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH TECHNICIAN (EVT)
- Minimum of Four (4) O’Level credits and 1 Pass at not more than two sittings in GCE/NECO SSCE/WAEC SSCE /NABTEB which must include English Language, Biology/Health Science and any 2 of the following Subjects Mathematics, Geography, Physics, Chemistry, and Agric Science.
- Holders of Environmental Health Assistant Certificate in addition to the stated Minimum O’Level Requirement can apply and join at 200Level.
7. DIPLOMA IN HEALTH EDUCATION AND PROMOTION (HEP)
- Minimum of Four (5) O’Level credits at not more than two sittings in GCE/NECO SSCE/WAEC SSCE/NABTEB which must include English Language, Mathematics, Biology/Health Science, and any 1 Subject.
- Holders of Certificate in Health Education and Promotion in addition to the stated Minimum O’Level Requirement can apply and join at 200Level.

Method of Application
- Online Application for Admission for the Session will commence on the August
- Due to the current social distancing guidelines, Application for admission and payment will strictly be online. Below is the procedure for the application.
STEP 1.
Visit www.schoolofhealthtechnologyminna.com.ng and click on Apply.
STEP 2.
Click On I am a new applicant. Fill in the required fields with * and click the “APPLY”. Please note that you do not have the privilege to edit any submitted information here. You are, therefore, advised to complete this process in full, truthfully and the best of your knowledge
STEP 3.
Copy the generated application number. You will be using it to login and complete your application process.
STEP 4.
Click on the “Continue with the application” button and log in with your application number.
STEP 5.
Complete the Basic Qualification Info, O-Level Qualification, Higher Qualification Info and your Credentials. Please scan all your required documents & credentials and convert all into a SINGLE PDF file of not more than 2 MB. The single pdf file with all the credentials should then be uploaded.
STEP 6.
Proceed to the payment tab and click on Application fees. Click on the green-plus-sign at the top right to generate new invoice for APPLICATION FEE payment.
STEP 7.
Click on the pay via remmita button. CONFIRM PAYMENT DETAILS, and click on yes Pay button
STEP 8.
Chose your payment type.
– To pay via bank branch print the RRR Slip and take it to any of the listed banks on the slip to pay.
– To pay via card select your card type and follow the instructions.
