Edo University, Iyamho (abbreviated EUI) is a state government-owned tertiary institution founded in 2016. It is located in Iyamho, a town in Etsako West local government area of Edo State, Nigeria. On 23 March 2016, the university was approved by the National Universities Commission as Nigeria’s 41st state university. The management of the Edo University Iyamho (EUI), Edo State, has announced the date for the resumption of academic activities for the 2020/2021 academic session.

In line with the Edo State Government directive on the resumption of schools which affects all Tertiary Institutions in the State, Management of Edo University Iyamho has decided that the date for physical resumption of Academic Activities on campus be shifted by one week as follows:

1. All Newly Admitted Students are to resume physically on campus on 1st February 2021.

2. Returning students (old students) are to resume physically on campus on 7th February 2024

Online lectures continue for all students on our CANVAS LMS till physical resumption on Campus.

Meanwhile, all students are advised to adhere strictly to the Covid-19 protocols as outlined by the State Government to stem the 2nd wave of Covid-19 in the State.
