The Ecole Normale Supérieure in Rennes is a public scientific, cultural and professional institution whose mission is to train the senior scientific staff of the public service.

• Successful candidates commit to returning to China upon completion of the PhD after the viva voce defense or after a postdoctoral period abroad (with permission from the CSC).
