The Fees Policy of Zenith University College sets out guidelines for the payment, part or full refund of moneys paid by students in exchange for our tuition and or any other services that may be applied or requested for.

OBJECTIVES

1. To set out a uniform process in payment and refund of moneys by students.

2. To outline tuition and other services at the College that attract fees and other monetary consideration.

3. To provide a basis for setting any fee dispute that may arise between students and Zenith College.

INITIAL PAYMENTS

1. Application Forms:- Shall be purchased by all students applying to the college.

2. Registration Processes:-Students shall pay a non-refundable College/ departmental fee to commence the academic year programmes as administrative charges before lectures start.

3. Other Services:- All other services to be provided to students shall attract a (non refundable) service charge as and when necessary.

Applicants for graduate route must possess first degree from recognized university.

APPLICANTS WILL BE FILLING TWO FORMS

·         University of London forms plus the following documents:
ü All your school certificates should be certified by British Council or the Institution providing the tuition. (If you want your documents to be certified by Zenith University College through the British Council, you will pay GH¢ 30 for each document certified)
ü Photocopy of your birth certificate, passport, marriage certificate and/or statutory declaration if you have a change of name.
ü Your transcripts to be submitted directly to University of London by your University/College/Polytechnic or enclosed in an envelope and attach to your application forms.
ü If you have ‘A’ level, ‘O’ level or SSSCE, ask WAEC to send your results directly to University of London
ü Non-refundable £88 Application Fees  payable to University of London
Forms are sold and processed throughout the year.  It is advisable to send your applications early in order to receive your study pack on time to prepare for studies in August.
However, the deadline for submission to University of London is 17th September each year.
Your forms should therefore reach Zenith University College latest 7th September.

School Fees For Diploma In Law

Zenith University College is the only institution in Africa that has been permitted by the University of London to teach the Diploma in Law programme.
The Diploma in Law is a qualification in its own right that also provides an entry route to the LLB programme. The subjects studied in the diploma are the same as the first f our intermediate subjects of the LLB.

CERTIFICATION OF DOCUMENTS

 
Ø All WASSCE, SSSCE, ‘O’ LEVEL, Copies of birth certificate & passport as well as all other educational documents must confirmed and certified at the Zenith Law School Department @ a fee of GH¢ 30.00.
 

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

 
       I.            The applicant must be 18 years of age and above before 1st September in the year you register.
    II.            Applicant with WASSCE, SSSCE or O’LEVEL qualification must have 5 credits including English language.
 III.            Be admitted to a course of instruction at a teaching institution that is permitted to teach diploma in law.
 IV.            Applicants with other qualification and working experience can also apply to do the diploma in law.
    V.            Applicants must pass entrance exams and interview to be conducted by the teaching institution.
 VI.            Applicants must provide valid photocopy ID (Passport, Birth Certificate National ID, Baptismal Certificate etc.)
VII.            Applicants with WASSCE, SSSCE or O’ level qualification must bring all their documents including birth certificate or copy of National Passport for confirmation and certification at the Zenith University College- Law Department.
VIII.            Applicants must obtain a set of Diploma in Law application forms at the Zenith University College Finance Office after being successful at the Entrance Examination & Interview.
