Entry Requirements: Applicant must possess FIVE CREDIT at not more than two (2) sittings, in the following subject, English Language, Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics and Biology from NECO, WAEC or NABTEB.

Age Range:  Candidate must not be less than 18 years.

How to Apply for Lagos State School of Nursing Admission Form.

Application commences Monday, 1st July and closes Friday 16″ August

STUDY PERIOD: 5 YEARS

PROGRAMME: This is a non-terminal Nursing Programme to obtain Academic and Professional Certificates (ND/RN/RM/PHN)

METHOD OF APPLICATION:

1. Proceed online to www.lascon.edu.ng

2. Click on the Course menu then click on Apply

3. Create a new application account by filling in the following details as requested Surname, First name, Select Course, Email address, Phone number and JAMB registration number.

4. Then click on “Submit”. A confirmation mail would be sent to the e-mail provided, ensure a valid e-mail is provided. The confirmation mail would contain a payment link, your Admission Number and password.

5. Click on the link in no:4. A payment page will be loaded.

6. Application Fee: Make payment of a Non-refundable fee of N15,000 (fifteen Thousand Naira) only.

7. Select your method of payment (eg. Paystack or Voucher).

Select Voucher if you’ve already purchased a voucher from the institution, else select Paystack. After payment you will receive your application number and password via email.

8. Go to the continue application page on your browser. Log in using your Application Number and Password. This would take you to the “Applicant Information” page where you are required to fill the following;

9. Having filled all required details above, click on the submit button and Sign out 10. Print out your Applicant Information Form

Only Applicants with the Form will be allowed to write the Computer Assisted Screening examination

COMPUTER ASSISTED SCREENING (CAS)

Computer Assisted Screening date is Saturday 31″ August 2024 by 8:00am.

Venue: LASCON Premises (inside Alimosho General Hospital,Igando)

The Examination is Computer-Based Testing and questions will cover English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Physics, chemistry and Current Affairs.

PROGRAM IS RESIDENTIAL FOR ALL STUDENTS AND THERE ARE NO COOKING FACILITIES
