NWP Postdoctoral Researcher in surface physics (Fixed term Contract):
Pay: On appointment €45,358.00 per annum, after 1 year €46,427.00 per annum
Postdoctoral Researcher in climate monitoring products (Fixed term Contract):
Pay: On appointment €38,974.00 per annum, after 1 year €40,568.00 per annum
WINDSURFER Postdoctoral Researcher (Fixed term Contract):
Pay: On appointment €32,895 per annum, after 1 year €36,320 per annums

NWP Postdoctoral Researcher in surface physics (Fixed term Contract)

a) ESSENTIAL for the job
A PhD or equivalent experience in atmospheric sciences, physics, mathematics or a related discipline is required. Applicants who expect to receive a Ph.D. in will also be considered.
Experience in running numerical weather prediction or surface models.
Strong quantitative skills including data analysis.
Strong programming skills.
Effective oral and written communication skills.
A proven track record in peer-reviewed publications.
b) DESIRABLE (but not essential) for the job
Postdoctoral research experience.
Experience in using the SURFEX model.
Evidence of creativity and capability of independent research.

Postdoctoral Researcher in climate monitoring products (Fixed term Contract)

a) ESSENTIAL for the job
A PhD or equivalent experience in atmospheric sciences, physics, mathematics or a related discipline is required. Applicants who expect to receive a Ph.D. in will also be considered.
Experience in analysis and manipulation of climate observation data.
Strong programming skills.
Effective oral and written communication skills.
b) DESIRABLE (but not essential) for the job
A proven track record in peer-reviewed publications.
Evidence of creativity and capability of independent research.

WINDSURFER Postdoctoral Researcher (Fixed term Contract)

a) ESSENTIAL for the job
A Ph.D. or equivalent experience in atmospheric sciences, physics, mathematics or a related discipline is required. Applicants who expect to receive a Ph.D. in will also be considered.
Experience running regional or global numerical models.
