The criteria for admission into M.Sc. and MBA programme will be as follows:

• Matriculation requirement, which must be 5 O’level credits including Mathematics and English.
• Candidates with Second Class (Lower Division) Bachelor’s degree in the discipline (for the M.Sc.) and from any discipline (for the MBA) from an approved

University, or the Postgraduate diploma with a CGPA of not lower than 3.0 on a 5-point scale from an accredited university.

•  Graduates of other disciplines are also free to apply, but will need credible references, and shall be exposed to core undergraduate courses.

DURATION OF POST GRADUATE PROGRAMME

A full Master’s Programmes shall run for a minimum of 4 semesters and a maximum of 6 semesters.
For extension beyond the specified maximum period, a special permission of the Board of Postgraduate School shall be required.

GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS

To be awarded the M.Sc. degree, candidate must take and pass a minimum of 33 Units made up of the following:

•  24 units of compulsory courses
•  9 units of elective courses in the area of specialization.
•  3 units of Seminar.
•  6 units of Dissertation.
•  Successfully defend his/her Research project before an approved panel of Examiners to be constituted by the Post Graduate School.

To be awarded the MBA degree, candidate must take and pass a minimum of 72 Credit Units made up of the following:

•  48 units of compulsory courses.
•  18 units of elective courses in the area of specialization.
•  6 units of Project work.
•  Successfully defend his/her Research project before an approved panel of Examiners to be constituted by the Post Graduate School.
