- Latin America: Bolivia, Cuba, Ecuador, Guatemala, Haiti, Nicaragua, Peru
Entrance Requirements: Applicants must meet the following criteria:
A/ ACADEMIC ADMISSION CRITERIA
- Required study level and degree programme:
Participants should have at least an academic bachelor degree in one of the following disciplines:
- behavioural sciences: psychology, sociology
- political and social sciences
- mathematical and statistical sciences
- economy, transport economy
- transport or traffic planning, urban planning or design, geography, (urban) architecture
- engineering: transport engineer, civil engineerMinimum grade obtained: a distinction
- Sufficient knowledge of the English language:
The participants are expected to have both a passive and active command of the English language at a reasonable level. The participant should be able to follow ex-cathedra lessons, take notes and present some case studies themselves. Proof of English proficiency has to be submitted. This can be one or more of the below:- 1-year comprehensive English-based instruction at a university or recognized equivalent
- passed for a TOEFL test (min. score 550 PBT, 213 CBT or 79 IBT)
- passed for IELTS test (min. overall band score of 6.0)
- passed another English test of the similar level as TOEFL or IELTS

Application Procedure
How to Apply: As of October 2018 until 1st February you will be able to apply for admission in 2019-2020.
STEP 1. Fill in an online application form
Make sure all required fields have been filled in and all required documents have been uploaded.

STEP 2. VLIR UOS scholarship application form
To apply for the ICP scholarship, you have to follow a specific procedure. You will find more information about this procedure on the VLIR-application form, which you can download at the top of the UP/DOWNLOAD page of your online application form.
STEP 3. Send hard copies of your application by post
